Poor communication If you need any info live chat says you need to email support but they take 24 hours to answer. But then if you need to continue the convo you have to ask something else then wait 24 hours again . Live chat is no help and pointless. Wouldn’t recommend I have £1000 held and can’t get it

they have a great selection of games. however i do wish theyd get poker like their sister sites. customer service is okay but could be better. payment methods are good too, but the debit/credit card fees are way too much.
